These terms cover the Rizzles Optics app for Windows and the Rizzles Optics Pro license ("Pro"), sold by Rizzle's Services ("we", "us"), contact [email protected]. By installing the app or buying Pro you agree to them.
Rizzles Optics is free to use. Pro unlocks extra features. When you buy Pro you get a license key for your own personal use, not ownership of the software. Monthly Pro lasts for as long as your subscription is paid; Lifetime Pro lasts for as long as we offer the product and includes its updates.
You must be at least 18 to buy Pro, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. Rizzles Optics is not meant for children under 13.
Each PC can use one free Pro trial. Trying to get extra trials, for example by changing or faking your hardware ID, is not allowed and the trial can be ended.
If you break these terms we can disable your key without a refund.
Rizzles Optics changes what your screen shows after a game has drawn its picture. It does not read game memory, change game files or put code into games. Even so, each game and its anti-cheat decide their own rules. Some games have not been tested with Rizzles Optics, including Valorant (its anti-cheat is called Vanguard); the crosshair turns itself off in Valorant, and using any part of the app with an untested game is at your own risk. You are responsible for following the rules of the games and servers you play on, and we are not responsible for any ban, suspension or other action a game takes against your account.
We cannot be held responsible for bans or anything else that happens while you use Rizzles Optics. That includes kicks, bans or suspensions from any game, server or platform, anti-cheat actions (for example by Easy Anti-Cheat or Vanguard), and lost accounts, items, progress or game time. Game makers, server owners and anti-cheat systems make their own decisions and can change their rules at any time. Check the rules of the games and servers you play on before you use any feature. Bans or kicks are not a reason for a refund.
Some features change Windows settings (for example the Optimizer, display modes and audio boost). You see these before they are made, and they can be undone from the app. You use them at your own risk, and we recommend keeping your PC and files backed up.
Some features work with free software made by others, such as Equalizer APO (audio boost) and OBS Studio (OBS sync). That software has its own license and terms, and we are not responsible for it.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Monthly Pro renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. Prices can change, but a change never affects a month you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Monthly Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically every month and charges the price shown when you subscribed to the card you used, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, in a couple of clicks, from your account page (Manage billing). After you cancel you are not charged again and Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for. If the price ever changes we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Anything you share in the community libraries must be yours or something you are allowed to share. By sharing it you let us show it to other users of the app. Playlists are links to Spotify: the music, names and pictures belong to Spotify and the playlist owners. If you believe something shared in Rizzles Optics uses your work without permission, or breaks the law, tell us through our Discord or your account at rizzlesservices.com with a link or the name of the item, and we will review it and remove it if it should not be there.
Rizzles Optics is made by Rizzles Services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facepunch Studios (Rust), Behaviour Interactive (Dead by Daylight), Spotify, OBS Studio, Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel or any game maker. Game, app and company names are trademarks of their owners and are only used to say what Rizzles Optics works with. Spotify features only control the Spotify app you already have and open Spotify's own playlists; we do not host or provide any music.
We work hard to keep Rizzles Optics working well, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will work on every PC, with every game or without interruptions, or that any feature will stay the same forever.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost data, lost game items or accounts, lost profits, or any ban, kick or suspension from a game, server or platform. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell you on this page or in the app.
