This policy explains what information Rizzles Optics and rizzlesservices.com collect, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.

What stays on your PC

Your color settings, crosshair, presets, hotkeys and other app settings are stored on your own PC. The app does not record your screen, your keystrokes or your games. It only listens for the hotkeys you set. Phone control only works on your own network, and OBS sync only talks to OBS on your own PC.

What we collect

• Account and purchase: your email address, and your Discord ID if you sign in with Discord or ask us to send your key there. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• License checks: your license key, a hardware ID (a one-way scrambled code made from your PC's hardware, not your actual serial numbers), your PC's name, the app version, your IP address and the time of each check. This is how keys are locked to one PC and how we stop key sharing.
• Free trials: the hardware ID and a scrambled form of your IP address, so each PC only gets one trial.
• App check-in: when the app opens (and every few hours while it runs), it sends the hardware ID, your PC's name, the app version and your plan (Free, trial or Pro). We give each PC an ID key so we can count installs, see which versions are in use and help you if you contact support. The check-in also includes your current app settings (looks, crosshair, Rust binds and commands, hotkeys, game profiles, zoom and audio settings; never your key, passwords or files), so support can reproduce what you see. We also see your IP address and the country it comes from.
• Downloads: when you download the installer we record the time, a scrambled form of your IP address, your country, your browser and your account if you are signed in, so we can count downloads.
• Cloud save (Pro, on by default, can be turned off): your saved looks, crosshair, Rust binds and commands, hotkeys, game profiles and audio boost settings, so they come back on a new PC.
• Community libraries: crosshairs and looks you choose to share, with the name and creator name you give them.
• Updates: when the app checks for updates, our server sees your IP address, like any website visit.
• Crash reports (can be turned off in Settings): if the app hits an error it sends the error details, the app version, your Windows version and PC specs (CPU, RAM, graphics card, screens), which page and features were in use, and the names of your last few actions in the app. Never your files, what you type or your screen. "Report a problem" also sends the message and contact you write.

Why we use it

• To deliver your key, unlock Pro and keep it locked to your PC.
• To provide cloud save, the community libraries and updates.
• To help you when you contact support, and to stop fraud, key sharing and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only with services that run the product for us: Stripe (payments), our email provider and Discord (to send your key), and our server host. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, purchase and license records for as long as your key exists and as long as we need them for tax, accounting and fraud prevention. Cloud save data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Old activity logs are removed over time.

Your choices

• Turn off cloud save in the app (Settings, Cloud and backup).
• Ask for an HWID reset (to move your key to another PC) with a ticket in our Discord.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by contacting support. Deleting your account information also ends your license.

Security

Connections to our server are encrypted (HTTPS), license tokens are cryptographically signed, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Rizzles Optics is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
