Refund policy

Rizzles Optics by Rizzle's Services. Last updated September 30, 2026.

Rizzles Optics is free to download, and every PC can try Pro free for 3 days with no card needed. Please use the free version and the trial to check that everything works on your PC before you buy.

When you can get a refund

• It does not work on your PC: if Pro does not work on your PC and our support cannot fix it, you can get a full refund within 7 days of buying.
• Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra charge.

When refunds are not given

• More than 7 days after buying.
• Part-used months of Monthly Pro. When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Changing your mind after using Pro, or no longer playing a game.
• Any ban, suspension or other action a game or anti-cheat takes against your account.
• Keys disabled for breaking our terms of service, such as sharing or reselling a key.

How to ask for a refund

Contact support with the email you bought with and your license key (it is on your account page). Tell us what is not working so we can try to fix it first. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is made, the key is disabled.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a payment is disputed, the key is disabled while the dispute is open.
