Rizzle’s Services

Rizzle’s Services uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items to make the site work. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.

Cookies we set (essential)

• storeUserId and storeSig: keep you signed in to your store account. The second is a signature that stops the first from being forged. They last 7 days, are renewed each time you use the site while signed in, and are removed when you log out. Page scripts cannot read them.
• discordId: set when you log in with Discord so the site knows your linked Discord account. It lasts 7 days.
• pendingCheckout: remembers the product you clicked Buy on while you move to the checkout page. It lasts 30 minutes.
• Our staff accounts use extra signed cookies in the admin area. Customers do not receive them.

Browser storage (not sent to us as cookies)

• rizzle_cart: your shopping cart (product, name, price and quantity). It stays in your browser until you clear site data.
• cookie_consent: remembers that you closed the cookie notice.

What the site records without cookies

Like most sites, our server logs each page visit: your IP address, the page, approximate location (country, and region and city when Cloudflare provides them, worked out by Cloudflare from the IP address), your browser (User-Agent) and the page you came from. We use this for security, fraud prevention and basic visit statistics. It does not depend on cookies, and closing the cookie notice does not turn it off. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Third parties

Stripe and NOWPayments set their own cookies during checkout. Discord sets its own cookies when you log in on discord.com. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects our site, may set security cookies. Google Fonts loads fonts from Google's servers, which see your IP address and browser. They follow their own policies.

Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the login cookies stops you from signing in, buying and using your account. Clearing site data also empties your cart.
