Sometimes the tier you bought is temporarily out of stock and our supplier's system hasn't updated yet, or the order needs a quick manual approval. It delivers automatically the moment stock returns or it's approved — you'll get an email as soon as it's ready. If it's been a while, open a ticket and we'll sort it fast.

Orders are delivered instantly after payment — both to your email and in My Orders on the website. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there after a few minutes, open a support ticket with the email you used.

Open My Orders on the website and click "Get Email / Steam Guard Code" on your order. Tip: start the Steam login first so Steam sends a fresh code, then tap the button.

In My Orders, click "Reveal Email Password" on your order.

We remove the mobile authenticator on purchase so the account uses email Steam Guard — get the code with the "Get Email / Steam Guard Code" button in My Orders. If it still asks for an authenticator app, open a ticket and we'll fix it or replace the account.

NFA accounts: 6 hours. Full-access Rust accounts from the website: 24 hours. Accounts bought in Discord: 2 weeks. If an account is invalid within the window, you get a free replacement.

For NFA orders, request it right from My Orders within the warranty window. For full-access account issues, open a ticket with your order email.

Yes — we accept crypto, card, and store balance. Crypto gets a discount at checkout and also skips the card processing fee.

A VAC or game ban on a different game does not affect Rust. The account is fully usable for Rust.
