These Terms apply to rizzlesservices.com and everything we sell or run: the store, our Discord server and bots, the Rizzles NFA Loader and our other tools. Rizzles Optics also has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy at rizzlesservices.com/optics/terms. For Rizzles Optics, those pages take priority over this page.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service from Rizzle’s Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookies Policy.
By using our services you confirm that:
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in loss of access and a permanent ban from our services.
All products sold by Rizzle’s Services are digital products. These may include gaming accounts, software, digital services, virtual goods, subscriptions, keys and access credentials.
Most orders are delivered automatically after payment is confirmed, to your email and in My Orders on the website. Some orders are not instant: a pre-order is paid now and delivered automatically when the product is back in stock with our supplier (no delivery date is promised), and some products are handed over by hand through a ticket in our Discord.
Once delivered, a product is considered received and accepted, except for the replacement warranty and refund rules in our Refund Policy.
Some products involve third-party platforms such as Steam, Discord, game servers and anti-cheat systems. We do not control these platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Facepunch Studios or any game publisher. Each platform sets its own rules, which can change at any time, and some platforms restrict transferring, sharing or reselling accounts.
We are not responsible for:
Some products work close to game security or anti-cheat systems. We do not promise that any product will stay undetected, keep working after a game update, or avoid a ban.
By purchasing, you accept these risks.
Once an account is delivered, you are responsible for it.
Failure to secure an account is not the responsibility of Rizzle’s Services.
You may not:
Violation may result in immediate termination, blacklisting from future purchases, and legal action where applicable.
Please contact support before disputing a payment so we can fix the problem first.
If a payment for your order is disputed or charged back, our systems act automatically as soon as the dispute is opened, before it is decided:
To spot people who come back after a ban, we compare the email, IP address, and card brand and last four digits of new orders with banned accounts. A match can lead to an order being held, cancelled or refused. This comparison is not perfect and can be wrong. If you think a block is a mistake, contact support.
We keep order, payment and IP records and may send them to the payment processor as evidence. We may report fraud to payment processors. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with full transaction evidence.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be completed before delivery. We accept cards (processed by Stripe), cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments) and store balance. Discounts, bonuses and payment-method fees or discounts can change at any time.
You can top up your store balance and use it to pay for orders in our store. Balance does not expire. Top-ups are covered by our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions (for example monthly Rizzles Optics Pro) renew until you cancel them. See the product's own terms.

All branding, content, software and materials associated with Rizzle’s Services are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our software is licensed to you for your own use, not sold.

We offer software and tools, including Rizzles Optics (a Windows app) and the Rizzles NFA Loader (a Windows tool for accounts bought from us). BM Farmer is currently switched off and not available.
Rizzles Optics does not change game files, read game memory or put code into games. Even so, every game, server and anti-cheat system sets its own rules, and those rules can change at any time without notice.
You use our software and tools entirely at your own risk. Rizzle’s Services cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to you, your accounts, your PC or your data while using them, including:
It is your responsibility to check the rules of the games and servers you play on before using any tool. Bans, kicks and suspensions are not a reason for a refund.
Rizzles NFA Loader: the loader is for accounts you bought from us. Your loader key is personal, is tied to your store account and must not be shared. The loader signs in to Steam directly from your PC; your Steam login details stay on your PC and go to Valve, not to us. The loader contacts our server to check your key, check for updates and, when you ask, to request a replacement. A replacement is available only for an account bought from us, only within the 6-hour warranty (see the Refund Policy), only once per order, and only when our supplier confirms the account is really invalid. We may limit or block replacements and loader access to stop abuse.

Support and sales happen in our Discord server through tickets. Our Discord bots read messages in the server, keep ticket messages and transcripts, and an automated AI assistant may answer in tickets. Assistant replies are automatic and can be wrong. Staff make the final decision on refunds, warranty and replacements. What we collect and who receives it is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may end access, ban emails, accounts, Discord users and IP addresses, and refuse service if you break these Terms, abuse our services or our staff, or we suspect fraud. If you think a ban is a mistake, contact support.
Some links and codes on our site, for example to RustWho, are our own referral links, and we may get a reward if you use them. Other sites have their own terms and policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
